"ghanima. In the subtleties of the Fremen tongue, the word meant "something acquired in battle" and with the added                                                              overtone that the something no longer was used for its original purpose. An ornament, a spearhead used as a curtain                                                              weight."[23]p.454

Shadout   - Shadow.     (I am presuming here that Jessica is referring to Shadout not Mapes as the word meaning Shadow)

Galach                             "official language of the Imperium. Hybrid Inglo-Slavic with strong traces of cultural-specialization terms adopted                                                                  during the long chain of human migrations."[23]p.591  ""they didn't speak Galach on Arrakis"[23]p.45

Old Tongue, The          " . . . the shortening of the way." In the old tongue, the phrase translated as "Kwisatz Haderach." [23]p.156

Other Communication Methods

Communinet - "the communinet was certain"[23]P.94, a form of internet?

Radiograph -  "I'll radiograph it in code and get if off."[23]P.93

Transceivers - "transceiver on his belt kit. (...) Thufir has my call code."[23]P.116

"Static electricity from sandstorms masks out many signals. Transmitters short out."[23]p.140

"brought out a small cage, (...) a tiny bat. (...) The man took a tiny tube, held it beside the bat's head and chattered into                                                            the tube; then, lifting the creature high, he threw it upward."[23]p.251

"Now, I rushed the warning out to Rabban only because the courier had to leave on that Heighliner. You said there could                                                        be no delay."[23]p.431 its not the courier that really interests me here, but the fact they needed one, this sentence proves                                                          there is no inter planetary communication's, no "sub space " com’s. this also highlights that interplanetary news can be                                                            significantly behind on actual events, high-liners are fast but they are not instant, also there can be real or manufactured                                                      delays... for a price I am sure.

Secret Ways
"The leaf! She brushed a finger along the under surface, along the edge, along the stem. It was there! Her fingers                                                                        detected the subtle coded dots, scanned them in a single passage:[23]p.91, this method is used by the Bene Gesserit, a                                                            form of brail.

"A rapping sounded at the airlock door , the code knock of one of Hawat's corps."[23]p.93

"code words in his father's message, guard-safe-secure-shortly. The problem was security, not violence."[23]p.168

Distrans - "A device for producing a temporary neural imprint on the nervous system of Chiroptera or birds. The creature's                                                    normal cry then carries the message imprint which can be sorted from that carrier wave by another distrans."[23]p.589
"He uses men to carry his distrans messages,(...)  All great powers used the distrans in this age.(...)The distrans defied                                                       political cryptology because it relied on subtle distortions of natural sound patterns which could be scrambled with                                                            enormous intricacy."[28]p.40

"Jessica bent close to Paul's ear, speaking in the family code:"[23]p.360
